Koszyki play Chopin | Fan Zone

For three weeks, Hala Koszyki will be transformed into a unique Chopin Competition Fan Zone – an open and energetic place where we will experience musical emotions comparable to those of sporting events. It is a space for everyone – both classical music lovers and those who are just discovering it.

The program includes:
• broadcasts of auditions and finals on a large screen (October 3-20)
• jazz and classical concerts
• waiting together for the results at Hala Koszyki
• an improvised performance by Kolektyw Śmiesznie inspired by Chopin's life
• a lecture entitled “Chopin's Women”
• DJ sets inspired by the work of Fryderyk Chopin

The event accompanying the “Koszyki Grają Chopina” project will be an exhibition of photographs by Wojciech Grzędziński from previous editions of the Competition.

*The Fan Zone will be open from October 1-22, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. On the day of the final (October 20), the Fan Zone will remain open until the results of the Chopin Competition are announced.

Admission is free, participation involves the cost of ordering food/drinks
