Diana Cooper

Born on 21 July 1997, she is a graduate of the Paris Conservatoire, École normale Alfred Cortot and Royal College of Music in London. She has been taught by Marie-Josèphe Jude, Rena Shereshevskaya, Norma Fisher and Philippe Giusiano. She has won prizes in numerous international competitions, including first prize in the Halina Czerny-Stefańska in Poznań, the Samson François in France and in Vigo (Spain), and the Chopin prize in Brest (France). She has performed at such venues as the Salle Cortot, Chopin’s Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola, the Hrvatski Dom in Split (Croatia), the Teatro Filarmónica de Oviedo and the festivals in Nohant and Paris. She recently recorded her first CD featuring works by Haydn, Ravel and Chopin.
