Attention! Counterfeit tickets for the 19th Chopin Competition

08/10/2025

Ladies and Gentlemen, due to the enormous interest in the Competition, illegal sales offers are appearing online, including counterfeit tickets and advertisements from so-called “ticket scalpers”. Reports of fraud have been received by the organiser. We anticipate that, as the Competition progresses through its stages, their number will increase.

Individuals purchasing tickets through unauthorised channels risk being denied entry to the event and suffering significant financial losses. Please also note that selling tickets at a price higher than their face value is illegal, and any suspicious offers should be reported to the organisers and the relevant authorities.

For the safety of all music lovers, we appeal to you to:

– purchase tickets only through official sources,

– refrain from sharing photos or scans of tickets online,

– avoid buying from private individuals.

By purchasing a ticket from an official source, you support the fair and proper organisation
of this exceptional event.
We would also like to remind you that before each audition session, there is an opportunity to purchase a limited number of entry tickets at the ticket offices of the National Philharmonic.
