Recordings by the winner of the Chopin Competition in albums released by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute and Deutsche Grammophon

28/10/2025

The Fryderyk Chopin Institute is preparing a series of CD releases featuring portraits of both the winner of the Chopin Competition and the most interesting personalities among the other participants, as has become tradition.

The excellent cooperation with Deutsche Grammophon continues: the legendary label (as in the previous two editions) will release the winner's album in the coming weeks, featuring a selection of his competition performances. The second part of these recordings will be included in an album released by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute, in its Blue Series, together forming a complete edition of the winning interpretations Anno Domini 2025.

The Institute’s Blue Series, which has been in production for fifteen years, expanded to include the latest competition recordings and continually supplemented with historical recordings, is now the richest phonographic source of the Chopin Competitions.
