The first days of November are a time for reflection and taking stock. It is therefore worth noting that we have already completed more than half of all the events in this year’s edition of the project! Over 100 grand and upright pianos have already been delivered for concerts across all the country’s voivodeships! We are proud to enter the next month, in which, in keeping with the natural rhythm of the seasons, we are slowing down a bit, but we are certainly not falling into a winter sleep – nearly 70 events await us in November.
Just as in October, concerts this month will take place almost every day. The first event in November will take place tomorrow in Pawłów in the Lublin region, whilst the last one will be on 30 November in Kochanowice in Silesia. The 5th of November has the most concerts – we have as many as six events lined up for that day.
At the end of October, the poetic performance ‘Frycek and the Musical Tree’ by Aneta Jucejko-Pałęcka and Wojciech Pałęcki, with music performed by pianist Tomasz Pawłowski, came to an end. This month, these artists will be joined by Malina Sarnowska and the Sinfonia Varsovia Wind Quintet. The first joint concerts by this nine-piece ensemble are already behind us – they took place in Wohyn, Terespol, Sterdyń, Brańsk, Ojrzeń and Raciąż.
A detailed schedule of events as part of the ‘Chopin Effect’ programme in the educational sector is available here.
